Great service while booking I got next day appointment, Chris messaged me saying he'd arrive at a certain time turned up on time, unfortunately my washer was quite old so he said it would be cheaper to buy new washer give advice on which washer to buy He also knocked thirty pounds off the call out fee because he couldn't repair it very happy would definitely recommend

Fantastic service. The engineer communicated prior to the visit and told us when he would be arriving. Sadly our fridge freezer was beyond economical repair because it was losing gas. He didn’t mess about trying to fix it or create work. He also gave us a reduction on the call out fee as it was a fast diagnosis. Definitely recommend this company. Straight up and honest
